Depends on the child.
I definitely use time out because sometimes it more about getting a break for myself so that I don't fly off the handle about something that my son has done. However, I think that for my son anyway it only works if I use a time…
My son is 3 and my daughter is 1 1/2.
They go to be between 730 and 8pm.
Yeah they usually wake up pretty refreshed, occasionally my son does have nightmares and gets up in the night but those days he just goes for an earlier nap.
Mornings are usual…
